Medicaid Planning and Application

Medicaid Planning: Turning Point Legal can inform the client of legal documents and strategies that may allow you to be covered by Medicaid but still keep your home and many assets.

Applying for Medicaid can be stressful, time-consuming and can even drain your financial resources. With medicaid’s strict guidelines, the documentation process, asset restructuring, supporting documentation, Medicaid applications can be overwhelming.
